Taking time to parent your kids doesn't make your credentials disappear. Many women in STEM take extended maternity leave, stay-at-home parent, etc.It doesn't make them any less valuable as professionals. Respecting women means respecting their career choices, not erasing past accomplishments 🧪👩🔬🍎🥽⚛️🧬
