I was abandoned by my community who chose cowardice and lip service over praxis. At least I can say I never stopped fighting for myself.

This year's rent stabilization bill has officially dropped. HB 1217 includes a 7% annual limit on rent increases after 1 year, matching the bill that passed the House last yr. It also includes a 6 month notice requirement for increases over 3%, & a cap on move-in fees.
