Code-slinging rage machine!

Currently yelling at U.S. politics and refactoring my sanity.
Open source junkie writing C/C++, Go, Python, and Rust—because one language isn’t enough to scream into the void.
AI companies are pouring billions into data centers chasing AI, but IBM’s CEO says the math will never work. He also doubts current tech can reach AGI at all. The real silver lining is when the bubble pops, the industry might finally stop burning money & electricity like it's scented candles.

Today: "The shutdown was out of our control."

I was back at 26 Federal Plaza today, where an ICE agent violently threw this bereft woman to the ground in front of her kids. She had not touched him. She did not pose any threat. She had to be taken to the hospital. (🎥: Elias Eliahu)

Someone should start a new TV show: As The White House Turns. Plot: Trump & GOP threaten free speech, then the FCC dials up censorship, and the twist? They blame the media for catching them. Ratings are wildly high, unclear if tragedy or satire. And naturally, the show would get pulled off the air.

More CPU cores don’t always help. It’s like saying nine women can make a baby in one month.

Biology doesn’t work that way and neither do algorithms with sequential bottlenecks. Some things just aren’t embarrassingly parallel, no matter how many cores you throw at them. 😅

I sleep so much better at night knowing that Jim O’Neill, the Acting Director of the CDC, one of the most important positions in U.S. health, responsible for the lives of over 300 million people, brings to the job his extensive experience in managing venture capital.

We live in a country where the president can order a comedian to be yanked off TV. What I describe is not a democracy.

This is oligarchy. This is obscene.

While 60% live paycheck to paycheck & kids go hungry, Jeff Bezos, worth $230 billion, goes to Venice on his $500 million yacht for a $20 million wedding & spends $5 million on a ring while his real tax rate is just 1.1%.

End this oligarchy.

🗳️ Democracies don’t last by accident.

Some that came before us:
Republic of Florence – 1115–1532
Republic of Venice – 697–1797
Dutch Republic – 1588–1795
Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth – 1569–1795
USA – 1776– ???

Freedom isn’t permanent. It’s a responsibility.

🌱 There’s still so much good in the world.
Every day, someone helps a stranger. A friend reaches out. A child learns something new. A forest regrows. A community rebuilds.

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed—but hope isn’t naive. It’s fuel.
Keep going. Keep building. Better is possible.

Trump & Elon Musk fighting ...

Trump yells, "I’m the best fighter, everyone says so—tremendous punches, the best!"

Musk replies, "I just uploaded my consciousness to a Tesla Bot. It’s already winning on Twitter."

Meanwhile, the referee is ChatGPT, trying to explain that reality has left the chat.
