The facts about immigration and the cause of Britain’s decline do not sell papers - or get Reform elected.

The facts and press regulation might, however, give Starmer a fighting chance of not completely fucking this.

Pin the crime on the perpetrators, isn’t that what lawyers are supposed to do?

The reality is, Britain economically benefits from immigration and illegal migration is too small to impact most. The communities that blame immigration for decline are actually suffering the effects of 15 yrs of Tory austerity, under-investment in public infrastructure and the reality of Brexit.

Some say Reform fills the political vacuum with scapegoating because Labour fails to challenge the far right head on. Which is true, but equally, some people will buy anything that a psychopath with basic public speaking skills tries to sell them, despite it being an obvious political Ponzi scheme.

With about a month to go until any vote on the government’s cuts to disability support it’s not too late for the Prime Minister to change course

I’m joining Trussell in calling on government to rethink its cruel & irresponsible plan

This is how you can help👇

Well done Labour

Anyone who thought you represented real change now despises you.

Anyone who didn’t, still won’t.

People who weren’t that convinced but hoped for the best are out of patience.

You’ve managed to turn off everyone.

Quite the achievement!

Today's performative clampdown on migrants will gut our care homes of desperately needed staff.

We are *already* short of over 150k carers.

Banning foreign care workers will only exacerbate this - increasing suffering of society's most vulnerable members & pressures on the NHS.

It's madness.

Pandering to Reform over care workers is grubby and cheap.

Care homes are reliant on overseas staff. Without them, many will need to close their doors, leaving families and communities to suffer the consequences.

Labour going hard on immigration =
1. Damaging the economy
2. Pushing pissed off left-leaning voters to the Greens, Plaid, the SNP and the LibDems
3. Offering nowhere near enough for Reform-leaning voters
All in all, politically and economically illiterate.

No, look after the vulnerable, take utilities into public ownership, rejoin the EU, instigate PR. I loaned my vote to Labour at the last election, they let me down. I voted LibDem on Thursday.

White supremacy, suppression of anything not in line with fascist beliefs. Blame foreigners and minorities so you ignore what the ‘Masters’ are doing. We need to fight this.
George Orwell once wrote: "In England all the boasting & flag-wagging is done by small minorities. The patriotism of ordinary people is not vocal".

So it begins…. #Reform

“You don’t sweat much for a fat lass” (heard on a dance floor)
When I finished working in Indonesia as a gap year teacher the school gave me a plaque which read:

"It's not parting that is to be cried for, but it is meeting that is to be regretted."

I'm pretty sure it was a classic bit of garbled Bahasa-English but given my talents perhaps they meant it.

Right. It’s time to show those scumbags who Britain REALLY is.

Show them that we aren’t racist, aren’t stupid, we utterly despise his mate Trump and that we won’t be bootlickers for billionaires.

If none of that sways you, maybe the fact that he’d privatise the NHS, will.

Netflix

Duke Energy

Metlife
Dominion Energy
United States Steel

In recent years, they all paid their execs more than they paid in taxes.

This is what a corporate-rigged system looks like.
