Ban circumvented as legislation is weak.

The company has 47+ criminal convictions, dumps sewage in rivers, loses 69.8m litres per day to leaks, neglects investment, customers fleeced.

No exec prosecuted.

Thames Water can't be trusted with our daily water supply, let alone large infrastructure projects. Last October they were ranked the worst water supplier in England by the Environment Agency.

It should be taken into public ownership without delay.
