If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.

Congress has not authorized Elon’s buyout offer nor appropriated any funds for it to be implemented. Those workers choosing the buyout are taking a huge risk that they won’t be paid. I’m all for efficiency but this is not the way.
