A lot of my problems with the New Era and specifically #Survivor49 come from strange editing that tries to force us to emphatise with some players. Savannah has been shown to be on the top, not particularly nice to Sage and Jawan and I am now supposed to feel sorry for her? The whiplash is real.

For the record: Mamdani would be a leftist Social Democrat in Europe. You‘d find at least two parties to the left of him in nearly every single parliament. The actual Communists would in fact be insulted if thrown into the same basket with him. And yet we are doing ok and the world hasn’t ended.

Maybe a controversial opinion @amikebloomtype.bsky.social and @jessliese.bsky.social and with all due respect to Rob, but having feet as a unit in Europe is unusual enough that Teams should have maybe noticed. Interestingly enough: Jas, the Canadian, did.
