In March 2022, russia deliberately bombed a drama theater in Mariupol crowded with innocent civilians including many children. @AP evidence pointed to 600 dead in that airstrike. That happened less than three years ago, & genocidal war is still ongoing. But the memory is short.

This is going to move very fast and at the obvious risk of undershooting in order to get agreement.

My suggestions, if anyone of relevance sees this:

1: set a clear strategic goal that spells out the outcome Europe's nations truly need. I suggest: security from Russian aggression forever
Closing off #MSC2025 with a good discussion among the EU foreign ministers still in Munich.

Europe stands strongly united in supporting Ukraine and strengthening our own defence.

We will soon come up with new initiatives to take this forward.

A combat medic from California, Jennifer Mullee, has been saving Ukrainian soldiers for almost three years.

In May 2022, she joined a volunteer organization of civilian medics. Now, she serves as a combat medic in the 60th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
