If Dems retake control of the house and/or senate, the people of this country and the majority of the world will be watching to see if they'll actually have the balls to do the right thing and make sure these threats to us all are, at least, removed from holding any power again

When Conservatives talk about the US stopping aid to foreign countries and aid to the EU and instead investing that back into America, what exactly are we investing in? What nonsocialist program are we putting that money into to make the country better? What specificly are they wanting to improve?
