So the DOJ has stated they will not investigate the killing of Renee Good. Just take that in for a second. An American citizen was killed by a Federal Agent and the DOJ not only refuses to allow state investigators to see the evidence, they refuse to investigate the shooting altogether.

I just want to point out that it is impossible and illegal to presume all Executive Orders as lawful. Claiming all are lawful would compel the Military to obey and thanks to the legal precedent set during the Nuremberg trials, 'just following orders' is not a legal defense for determining innocence.
