Today's #seaswim was v chilly. Even my watch agreed. It stated 5 degrees centigrade. Its usually on the optimistic side of accuracy. I am so so glad l went in. Its been 3 weeks since my last one and I've missed it!

Tuesday is #seaswim day but today was difficult. I procrastinated for ages but finally got in the water. Managed 10 mins. It was cold! I was cold. I am now happy and calm. Its always always worth it

BlueSky can you help? The Movers and Shakers podcast is doing a live show at Middle Temple hall on January 29th. As part of it we want to show our We Will Survive video and get people to sing along- but the lowest quote we’ve had for a projector and screen is £4000! Anyone able to do it cheaper?
