The "leak" about pit stops in Mario kart makes me hope my guess for a grind Prix online mode might work. Would just go to the pit stop after each race instead of back to the lobby screen to change parts, etc

Wondering if the 24 kart track on MK9 might mean an F-zero 99 grand prix style mode - start of with 24 racers on a huge track, eliminate 4 per race, end up on regular tracks for last 2 races. Would be a neat type of secondary online queue to do

My biggest hope for Splatoon 4 is that they tone down some of the grindy aspects of the game. Otherwise, S3 was a ton of fun overall and can't wait to see number 4!
