There is no point in negotiating or drafting any agreements with Russia. In the coming decades, Europe must create a credible nuclear deterrent and isolate Russia economically and politically. A huge defense chain must be built on the EU border, financed by all European countries.

Instead, the result could be a bloody civil war that could spill beyond Iran's borders, into the Middle East and into Europe as refugee flows.
