Military needs to arrest Voght, Trump, Vance, the whole administration, and the 6 conservative Supreme Court Justices appointed under Trump and Bush, as well as Elon Musk. USC Title 18, Section 610, and Title 18, Chapter 115, Sections 2381-2384 are their charges. Drag 'em out of whereever they hide.

Hmmmm
It's exactly what Trump is threatening to do, which is COMPLETELY illegal. "Coercion of political activity". It is unlawful to intimidate, threaten, command, or coerce a Federal government employee to engage in, or refrain from political activity.

Tom Cotton had the dumbest take on this, he said watching the video, he saw two men trying to turn the boat back over so they could finish bringing their drugs to the US.
The Boat was 80% gone, there was no continuing anywhere, not even to shore.
I'm just going to say it, Cotton is stupid.

How can it be an "Act of War" when no war was declared ?
How can it be a "War Crime" for the same reason.
The only "Fog of War" is the smoke screen put up by Hegseth and Trump. This is MURDER.

Dead kids. That’s their legacy.

It would not have happened if we, as a country, had refused government power to the worst people. If America is to be a force for good in the world, backsliding by removing critical aid for trivial and short-lived savings is not something we can abide, not a game.

Rs demand Smith testify.

Rs refuse to let America hear/see it.

Rs want to know 🍆🥔’s exposure and don’t want *you* to know what they know.

Seems fishy.
NEW: Jim Jordan and House GOPers refused to let the American public hear directly from Jack Smith, per his attorney.

When this shitshow comes to an end I expect to see Kushner prosecuted as well and funds seized.

I expect we could pay off a nice chunk of the national debt with the grifting funds if we get serious about prosecutions.

7. Prior to Trump’s victory in 2024, Kushner pledged to have no foreign policy or other role in a second Trump administration. He used this promise to wave away concerns about Affinity Partners being used as a vehicle for foreign influence.

5. The Saudi government pays Kushner 1.25% of its $2B investment, or $25 million annually. Other governments pay 2%. As of September 2024, Kushner had collected $157 million in fees, mainly from Middle Eastern governments.

4. As a de facto SGE with substantial authority, the Foreign Emoluments Clause of the Constitution prohibits Kushner from accepting “any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
Kushner’s Moscow mission wasn’t just corrupt. It was unconstitutional.
Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law, has been traveling the world to participate in high-stakes foreign policy negotiations on behalf of the president.

3. Kushner is engaged in activities that can ONLY be conducted by government officials. The Logan Act bars private citizens from engaging in negotiations w/foreign governments w/o authorization. Kushner is acting under Trump’s direction, and that creates a host of legal issues.

2. Kushner is trying to evade legal restrictions by not accepting a formal role in the administration.

But the DOJ is clear: It's not what you SAY, it's what you DO

Kushner is acting like a Special Government Employee so legally, he's a SGE

1. Jared Kushner's trip to Moscow yesterday was not just unethical; it was illegal.

You cannot accept tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments and simultaneously conduct high-level diplomacy for the federal government.

It says it right in the Constitution.
