It’s a great day if I can find neutral, which is more often than not tbh.
All year, I’ve had to stop to breathe & recenter more & more often.
My health crashed at the worst time. Recovery isn’t linear.
I just want to feel optimistic about the parts of the future I can touch. It seems impossible.
