If Her truly is committed to listening to St. Paulers who have “often been left out of the conversation about the future of the city” she’ll have to ignore her core constituency, rich white folks

Vampires are sucking the blood out of Saint Paul. On Tuesday, you can drive a stake through the heart of this negligent capital. Be a stake holder in our City! Vote Yes on Question 1

Regular reminder that “not taking a position” on the Summit Trail in fact IS taking a position. It is opposing it.

Projects either happen or they don’t. If you don’t support it you are saying you don’t want it to happen.

Summit Avenue bike lane feud runs through St. Paul mayoral race
Neighborhood activists just sued Mayor Melvin Carter’s administration, while challenger Kaohly Her, who lives on Summit, won’t pick a side.

THANK YOU FOR LAST NIGHT! 🎉

We were completely blown away by the incredible response this event has had. Not only did we PACK THE ROOM by selling out of 180 tickets, we surpassed our biggest stretch fundraising goals.

TOTAL AMOUNT RAISED: $22,653

We finally have an update on the line formerly known as the METRO Purple Line!

The Saint Paul section is proposed to have fully dedicated bus lanes, and the Maplewood section will be bus lane ready.

Appreciate Ramsey County for not giving up on this vital project.

Let's get it built!

Spotted a few mayoral candidate signs next to SOS signs on Summit Ave. Has anyone seen any candidate + Safer Summit sign combos?

Her fails to explicitly support the Summit Avenue trail while stating the road investment should go somewhere else in the city, a SOS talking point. Boooo

EAST SIDERS! Tomorrow, Saint Paul is hosting an open house on the upcoming Earl St. reconstruction, which sadly does not include separated bike infrastructure.🚴‍♀️

The safe choice🦺and smart fiscal decision💸 is to add protected bikeways during a reconstruction. Let's remind them!
Earl St in East Saint Paul will be reconstructed starting next year. The current plan is for unprotected, painted bike lanes to be added.

If you think that in the year 2025, we shouldn't be building new painted lanes when there's room for permanent protected infrastructure....

Fun* fact - at 12:39 of this video, right when they’re talking about how the cars hurt the trees more than a bike lane would, they pass in front of a not-so healthy looking tree. The cause? Car fire at its base.

"If we suddenly rezoned vast swaths of the city to re-legalize commercial buildings, we would probably not see a dramatic surge in new businesses springing up in every neighborhood. But we can be certain that small neighborhood-oriented businesses will never open in locations where they’re illegal."
Allow Corner Stores and Coffee Shops in St. Paul’s Residential Zones
It’s illegal to build corner stores and other small commercial spaces in most of St. Paul, thanks to decades-old zoning codes. That should change.

Here's a running list I've been sent of divisions losing staff. Not comprehensive; admin has not been transparent about who/what divisions they're spiking.
Layoffs include those in HIV/STD work, blood disorders, Office on Smoking and Health (eliminated entirely), work on miner’s safety (eliminated)

On electric cargo bike, Metro Transit Transit Information Support Specialist Jason DeWitt can visit up to 28 stops in an hour, versus typical installers doing 14 in an hour because vehicular parking takes time. He puts his foot on the curb, snaps a pic of station conditions, and he’s on his way.
