Alfred Nobel specifically stated in his will that once the prize has been awarded it can’t be changed. But if Trump is so pathetic that he wants to take Machado’s medal, and she’s so desperate and weak that she will give it to him, let the world watch that disgraceful charade.

Such a sad, dumb, insecure man. “Winning” the peace prize isn’t holding the actual medal. It’s granted by the Nobel committee. Trump: “so here’s the medal I forced Kristi Yamaguchi to give me so I guess I’m a great ice skater.”
unspeakably pathetic stuff from Trump here as he says he'd be honored to accept María Corina Machado's Nobel Prize if she wants to give it up to him

That's highly illegal. The government cannot go to someone's house without a warrant or probable cause.
JD Vance: "It was a legitimate law enforcement operation. We were going door to door to try to find criminal illegal aliens and deport them from the United States ... say a prayer for that agent ... he deserves a debt of gratitude."

Every time something happens, GOP acts like it’s a vast coordinated top down conspiracy. They can’t (or pretend they can’t) fathom that individual US citizens are disgusted with their actions. Media must interrupt the false premises ahead of all they assert. (I.e. calling this woman a terrorist).
Vance on the late Renee Good: "That woman was there to interfere with a legitimate law enforcement operation in the USA…That woman is part of a broader left-wing network to attack, to dox, to assault, and to make it impossible for our ICE officers to do their job."

A Republican elected official proudly declaring he has no problem with agents of the state shooting unarmed citizens in the face if they annoy the regime.

It is impossible to make democracy work with a party that not only tolerates people like this, but elevates them to positions of influence.
Rep. Randy Fine: "If you impede the actions of our law enforcement as they seek to repel foreign invaders from our country, you get what's coming to you. I do not feel bad for the woman that was involved."

It is the position of the Trump Administration that its agents can come into any state and city in America (let alone other countries) and kill people and that state and city have no jurisdiction to inquire about it.

Treat any Trump official accordingly.
Noem on Minnesota officials: "They have not been cut out. They don't have any jurisdiction in this investigation."

This is *definitely* how you behave when you're trying to bring every resource to bear, rather than trying to cover up the unlawful behavior of your own personnel.
According to my sources, the FBI was initially open to a concurrent investigation with the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (the state agency that would do this investigation).

Trumpy U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen heard about this and intervened, barring the FBI from cooperating with local police.
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minnesota investigators say they can't access evidence after fatal ICE shooting and FBI won't work jointly on probe.

Commence cover up. Not because they care about this guy, because DJT parroted lies written for him about it & cannot be seen as being wrong (on all counts). Once again power drunk GOP will say the exact opposite of reality, 40 mill idiots will say "OK" & tomorrow media will talk about Greenland.

Ask what he thinks about Ashlii Babbitt. #Fraud. If he thinks a MN suburb is being "invaded" by a foreign power (it's not - that's racist war hyperbole to justify murder), why does it require shooting a US civilian? If someone is executing a warrant (they weren't), they should just shoot whomever?
Rep. Randy Fine: "It's time for Americans to say 'enough,' and if you get in the way of the government repelling a foreign invasion, you're gonna end up just like that lady did yesterday."

Reminder - US pop: 340 mill
Voted DJT in '24: 74 mill
That's roughly 22.5% of the pop (& less than 50% of voters).
In every poll, 60-80% disagree w/DJT policies, ICE, Tariffs, Noem, Miller, Vance, Kennedy, Hegseth, etc. This isn't "will of the people" its hoarding $ and Power / deflecting Epstein.
Sen. Katie Britt: "This is what America voted for"

When any of these soulless DJT sycophants says something like the murder victim in MN shouldn't have been there obstructing ICE (waving them past in her car), reporters should bring up Ashlii Babbitt attacking the Capital & and watch FAFO turn into some hypocritical patriot / freedom take. Frauds.

Even if I spot you the first shot (I shouldn’t, but let’s go with that), shots 2 and 3 were inexcusable and this officer will lose his case if it ever goes to court.

As a litigator for over 20 years, I've led a LOT of document productions.

If you only release 1% of a promised pool of docs - like DOJ has with the Epstein files - that means you have a LOT to hide.

It means the other 99% of the documents are RIDDLED with toxic evidence.

ICE policy requires the use of bodyworn cameras. Video should be available from every agent who was involved in the death of a citizen in Minneapolis. ICE should release all of that video so the public can have clarity about the Secy's claim the shooting was self defense. www.ice.gov/news/release...

If the DEA had killed 80 innocent Americans in the course of apprehending one drug dealer, there would be riots. But we are so ghoulishly indifferent to the lives and humanity of people abroad that it's barely even part of the conversation.
A reminder that the US killed 80 people in Venezuela, and it would be nice if the US media cared enough to think that the life of a grandmother in Caracas whose building is destroyed by a US bomb matters as much as the life of a person in the US.
