I knew @nbagley.bsky.social was on to something when he inveighed against the overuse of nationwide injunctions. But I don't take any joy in this as a resident of a blue state. This is about science and people's health and well-being.
Note, this only applies to institutions in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, MA, ME, MD, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OR, RI, VT, WA, and WI - because the injunction applies only "within Plaintiff States"

A good, workhorse building we should build more of: Either 12 units for singles or 6 family-sized units. Everyone gets a balcony. Easily fits on a standard 5,000 square-foot lot. Fits around six parking spaces in the back. And yet, illegal to build in the typical US residential neighborhood.
