We ran a randomized controlled trial to see how much AI coding tools speed up experienced open-source developers.
The results surprised us: Developers thought they were 20% faster with AI tools, but they were actually 19% slower when they had access to AI than when they didn't.

My personal copies of issues 1 through 4 of A Profound Waste of Time finally arrived. Utterly fantastic looking, the cardstock feels sublime, the articles are gorgeously laid out, with interesting typography, and their content is incredibly insightful. 10/10 will buy again.

Unfortunately my motion sickness has worsened to the point where most if not all AAA games and anything with a rotating camera are unplayable, but the upside is I've discovered a score of quirky, delightful, and truly -clever- Indie games. If you have recs, I'm all ears.
