Saying "PIN number" is fine, there are lots of contexts where just saying "pin" would sound odd or even confusing. If your annoyed by the redundant "number" that's your problem.

The "pay it forward" thing people do at coffee shops is stupid. You're buying drinks for people who already have plenty disposable income. If you want to be nice, give your money to the people earning minimum wage making the coffee.

Everything is going on in the world. I think it time more openly about the effects has our health. about two weeks ago I was ready to kill myself. I’m gonna be pretty open about this and I’m worried the algorithm will shut this down.

I’m okay, thank you to those. I’m been burning the candle from both end. It’s been exhausting and it’s broken me. I stepped back to rest and found out. It’s so hard to rest when the minute you stop everything catches up to you.
