1/ If Justice Barrett thinks we need to go back to what the Founding Fathers intended, I’ve got news for her. Their biggest concern was avoiding tyranny. So they created 3 branches of gov’t & divvied up the power the people (that’s us) were allowing the gov’t to use to create order for all of us.

Trump has picked 2022 law school grad Paul Ingrassia to lead the Office of Special Counsel. As of 9 days ago, Ingrassia’s Instagram included a pinned photo of himself w/ self-professed “misogynist” Andrew Tate (such “physical prowess”) who has since been charged w/ rape & trafficking in the UK.

NEW: I'm hearing from some federal workers that - at least at the VA - RNs, LPNs, and NA's that were offered a job that had been rescinded, are being re-offered their jobs over the next one to two days. DM me if you receive a rescission of the rescission. The pushback is WORKING. Thank you to all!

The sad reality is, the overwhelming majority of Americans don't know there's a voter for the Speaker going on, don't care & won't be able to name him after the vote. This is what happens in a country where civics education is no longer universal. Its absence lets darkness settle in over democracy.
