The only Taco 🌮 Tuesday posting I'm gonna do... We scored a giant bag of instant masa & I'm gonna feed my homies so many homemade tortillas and tamales, y'all (after I pack up most of the rest in mylar bags for the pantry stash). 🍽️ Right after I wash all those eggs... ooof. (oeuf? I am le tired)

My wife just started a new job, so I've started packing her a lunch now too.

Context: I worked BOH at not-at-all authentic burrito restaurant for the last 8 years of my twenties and even though it's been almost a decade I can still roll burritos with my eyes closed (I don't, because I take my craft seriously, but I can)

While tasty, this skill is otherwise useless
