A few thoughts about this:
1. PDX doesn't fuck around when it comes to protest defense expertise. 👑🦾
2. Whether this is "BlackBlok" or not, it's fucking ridiculous the situation exists in the first place.
3. If you're demonstrating, protect yourself. Plenty of videos etc with good info/tips

ICE throws gas at protesters who immediately cone it then use boards to help fan the gas back at ICE.
