Keir Starmer needs to wake up and fix our broken voting system before the next election, or he risks letting Nigel Farage into Number 10.

I suspect you might be right regarding the next GE, but unfortunately the penny might only drop after further local authorities and their residents suffer service cuts because of R****m and their broken promises on tax cuts.

I serve it with pasta too, but it’s also very good served over a baked sweet potato with vegan or traditional feta, and a slug of hot sauce for those who like that. I also really enjoy it with some butter beans dressed with pesto, and crusty bread.

I don’t have time in the morning to make these other things. Quality instant coffee and oat milk works well for me, and I see no reason to change. I’d drink those other options, they sound tasty, but I don’t have the extra time or desire to sneak turmeric or matcha into stuff.

I ended up following Chetna Makan’s recipe for arbi ki sabzi. Tasted good and I enjoyed trying them, but the slime and time does make it a higher demand culinary choice than potatoes, that aren’t massively dissimilar eating-wise. Would happily try again! I’ve also seen some recipes with besan…
