Tonight the House is voting on a GOP budget that cuts Medicaid & Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) coverage, cuts SNAP benefits, & increases ACA health care costs to support tax cuts for the wealthy.

Republicans are putting billionaires over babies.

In my district, the Medicaid "concern" means that 279,473 people, including 88,005 kids, are at risk of losing Medicaid or Children's Health Insurance Program coverage.

The GOP budget will take away health care coverage from kids & families to support tax cuts for billionaires.

Trump is preparing executive order to close the Education Department -dismantling it from within. As only Congress can shutter the dept he will make agency diminish itself. The work is underway putting scores of employees on leave & pressuring staff to quit.
