It’s baby octopus season 🐙🦑
Saw this little guy last night with the Salish Sea School in Anacortes, WA as part of their free community dock walk I volunteer as an interpreter for.
We can tell it is a giant pacific octopus from the single line of chromatophores on each arm.

Ya know..I was just a lowlevel Army kid..stationed in Korea and sometimes doing field excercises in Germany but honestly, even a dumbass Spec 4 like me knew that you didn't move all the leaders to one place. You didn't leave all military bases without leaders. And put in in the newspaper.
