Why are people criticising Blue Origin for the latest mission. Just because the crew was all female. I see it as a huge step forward in that it proves that space launch is safe. It wasn't so long ago we were seeing shuttles explode. This is a major step.

Nothing is free
I'm surprised by the amount of hostile sentiment on Blue Sky toward AI/Computer Vision

By design BlueSky is a *free* data mining platform bankrolled by VC firms vested in 205 AI companies. They expect a ROI.

What did folks think their BlueSky data was being used for?

I celebrated Thanksgiving with some friends here in the UAE last night. Really enjoyed it except for the "football" I can't appreciate something that takes an hour to play 5 mins of actual action

Did you know that the Al Hajar Mountains' ultramafic rocks can mineralise up to 1 giga ton of CO₂ per km³? Offering a natural, scalable solution to climate change.

From desert to mountain, this landscape holds the key to permanent carbon storage and a greener future. #Decahydron #CO2Sequestration

My one constructive criticism on BlueSky, as a community: we need to “like” less and “retweet” more. In the absence of an algorithm, that’s the way we find each other and reward good content.

Have to say the #lasvegasgp has been a lot more entertaining than I expected.

Max world champion.
Lewis still has it. George drove spectacularly. Perez with a fantastic overtake.

McLaren damn. Ferrari best of the rest.

It's worth pointing out that the water temperature in the "Main Development Region" (MDR) in the tropical Atlantic is record-warm, and warmer than it would be at its climatological peak in late September. It's now late November.
