Problem solved 🤭! Dreams always come with hard to fathom solutions, don’t they?

It’s something to do with astigmatism correction, I’m not overly sure but I don’t usually bother with glasses and it feels really trippy. Hard to explain.

Shocking. How can you order from them when that’s a possibility?

Now you say, I remember that! We paid credit card, so not worried so much about the money, more that we don’t have the delivery and no plans to have it sent have been made. It’s not good enough to cancel- they should reschedule.

Response would need to be: you do realise we’re not a vets, don’t you?

Well that’s good! I’m not entirely loving seeing doctors in jeans etc! Nothing wrong with being smart, just felt it was all moving more casual over time.

Do young folk wear them much these days? I get the impression most workplaces are becoming more casual over time.

Yes, must have to be because you just don’t see them in parks much at all. It’s a shame because my boy loves the bigger breeds & they get on so well.

Seriously: where do these dogs generally walk? It’s so rare to see them yet obviously people have them. Same with Great Danes.

To do about it.

I had the first attack- lasted 11 hours- ambulance… they referred to surgeon with a scan. Had an attack in September and my urine took a couple of weeks to get right. GP recommended having a look. I’d expected another round of “go see a surgeon”, so looking to understand & judge what (if anything)
November 22, 2025 at 10:03 PM
If I got anything else twice, I’d not consider surgery for it. It seems hard to reconcile at this point. Rightly or wrongly.
November 22, 2025 at 10:00 PM
I feel I’d be going via the A&E route! Rather than waiting on a list. Maybe that’s crazy, and maybe if I felt my quality of life was diminished, I’d be more inclined to join a list. At this point, it’s more the idea of them that’s the issue. Problems more than a year apart. Short blip.

Far & away not the worst thing that ever happened. A surgery could have a large impact on me in a way the stones haven’t. I eat quite well anyway, I don’t want to be an unwilling vegan. Just trying to inform myself to decide what is best.

I think mine are estrogen related and as such, could be very old (hormone problems before). I’ve had 2 of the horrific attacks, used to have some digestive discomfort before the 1st one, but not a peep since. I make sure I have access to oromorph, & the last one was about 25 mins pain then sleep.
