Not only do you get to participate in a fantastic citizen science project via the communiMap app but you also get the chance to win a beautiful painting by Libby Walker 😍

I mean what you waiting for ✨️👇
Libby Walker painted Glasgow from the @uofglasgow.bsky.social flagpole yesterday!
What happens if every photo is a brushstroke, and together we paint Glasgow’s storybook? 📖🌍 That’s communiMap! We’re raffling Libby’s painting.
Add a “spot” between 9–22 Sept to be in with a chance of winning :-)

We want to understand how people are engaging with freshwater spaces across the UK. The good, the bad or even the ugly.

You don't need to be a swimmer, you could just enjoy going to these spaces. Either way would be great to hear your thoughts 🥰

Over the moon to finally announce our NERC: Natural Environment Research Council funded project Charnwood Champions 🥳

This project has been a dream of mine for many years after witnessing the inconsistancy and inequality of opportunities for children to access the natural environment
🌱 What if environmental science belonged to everyone?

We’re proud to launch Charnwood Champions: A Passport to Inclusive Environmental Science – a bold, place-based project reimagining environmental learning, opportunity, and leadership.
