Saturday at Bellahouston allotments was magic! We set up a #communiMap stall and swapped stories, compost tips, and even pink beetroot water (fermenting).

The climate news is heavy (another hottest year, dry soils here too), but seeing folk build ponds, save seeds + caring for land gave me hope!

We’ve made a Teacher’s Guide for communiMap – a way for Glasgow schools to join a city‑wide community science project.

We had a brilliant time at Glasgow Science Festival 2025! It was a great opportunity to talk with visitors about our new community science app, communiMap, and have people try it out for themselves.

On June 5, our own Chris joined an invisible cities walking tour from the Pearce Institute to the Glasgow Science Centre 🌿

He shared his GALLANT journey and explored the Wee Forest 🌱 - a great example of how urban nature can boost biodiversity and community wellbeing.

We’re pleased to share that our climate communication training series with Climate Outreach, has successfully finished!

Across 3 sessions, participants developed the tools to communicate about climate change in relatable ways.

We had a brilliant Compost Co-Lab meetup at the Hidden Gardens last Friday 🌿

Jenny shared a peek at her compost zine, and we now have a ready-to-use compost pile for the raised beds 🙌 Next up: we'll be conducting science tests to see how it compares to shop-bought soil!
