Im very much a yes person & I know that negativity can get me down. But to counter this I just needed to find my positivity tribe.
It's easy to get caught up in the negative energy of those that surround us & this can be draining. Finding your tribe really matters

Last weekend I spent International Women's Day with the Dip n Dales Co. as they led one of their retreats.
One of my key takeaways from the weekend was that they have created a safe space for yes people to live out their dreams.
