Twas a busy day, and ended it with a light visit to the gym. As long as I'm unemployed, I'm going to try and make the most of my extra free time by having more sessions at the gym and getting healthier. Or at least trying to. It's a long road ahead, still.

Today is a new beginning. First day of unemployment. Time at the gym: completed. Gonna make it a habit to go as often as I can. Next, shower and gonna work on the life stuff (resume, unemployment, etc).

Today was... a day. I named my workout exactly what it was. I've no doubt that I overdid it in some ways and will be incredibly sore when the Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness sets in. But I needed it, and the pain will be worth it.
