Pretty much an economic train wreck so far...
As prices for materials go up on manufacturing work you sold in the past 4 quarters and need to deliver on, companies cannot raise the bid price to the customer and so they have to cut costs and employee costs are the easiest... cut or not replace staff and just be late on deliveries.
