Hello New and Old followers! Apologies I haven’t welcomed or posted in a while, dealing with Trigeminal Neuralgia L eye and total numbness on left side of scalp and face. Trying lots of different types of meds, so not doing well with screens.

In a former life I was in a “3 piece patch” club, blessed by the dominant (1%) club in my state. At best this poser would be told to take the patch off “NOW!” At worst, he would have his cut ripped off and he would be boot stomped. 1%ers are very protective of their turf.
i was in a motorcycle group where one guy had a 1% patch (meaning 1% of riders are in dangerous gangs)
we told him to ditch it cause 1; he’s not dangerous or in a gang and 2; it scares people.
He kept insisting it was just a “cool patch.” like why do you want to make people uneasy?

this is the whole thing. When dudes get really upset about being seen as potentially predatory it's like, hey dude, you need to look around at the other dudes and ask yourself how they gave you this reputation.

I had an MRI Thurs. and after it was over the tech said, “your BP and respiration were really great, it didn’t bother you at all?”
Me:”I was practicing my meditative breathing, it will get me through the next 4 years”
Tech: “Hmm maybe I need to start doing that! It’ not going to be pretty.”

It’s the opposite with me… I grew up with 2 older sisters, no brothers and have 2 daughters, and turned out transgender and am embracing the hell out of it!
