Barnes & Noble just named James by Percival Everett their choice for 2024’s book of the year! It’s been on my Libby hold list for the last three weeks (with 7 more weeks of waiting) so I’m not shocked. 2023’s pick was The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store by James McBride and I thought it was amazing.
