Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by federal agents inside her own courthouse.

Not at home. Not with dignity.

In public. In front of her peers.

This isn’t justice—it’s intimidation.

And we need to talk about what courthouses are actually for.

There’s been no doubt where this was headed. Trump repeatedly said he intended to send Americans to foreign prisons. Justice Sotomayor got that. The conservatives on the Court have no excuse, but they acted like they expected Trump to fall in line & obey, when all evidence was to the contrary.

Forcing people to pay $130 for a passport in order to vote is just a Jim Crow poll tax by another name.

It is blatantly unconstitutional.

Exactly this.
I feel like this is what the Supreme Court has done with every big Trump case, including the immunity decision, which is to punt on stopping them from doing the thing they want and are doing while also saying that hypothetically there are limits to what they can do without defining what they are.
JUST IN: The Supreme Court has vacated Judge Boasberg's orders barring Trump's removals under the Alien Enemies Act largely over venue — but empahsizes the administration must give "reasonable notice" for targets to challenge their deportations in court. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...

Do not normalize children dying from measles. Measles was previously eliminated in the US, thanks to vaccines.

When children die from measles, it means that adults have catastrophically failed to protect them because they have rejected basic science.

Can we stop calling these atrocities "deportations." These people sold to El Salvadorian prisons were not deported. Deportation is a process that did not take place. They were rounded up and removed with no process. They were kidnapped, not deported.

Those trying to understand the tariffs as economic policy are dangerously naive.

No, the tariffs are a tool to collapse our democracy. A means to compel loyalty from every business that will need to petition Trump for relief.

We don’t have to let Trump wreck our economy with tariffs—that’s a choice.

The Constitution gives trade authority to Congress, not the President.

Congress delegated tariff powers to the President and we can take them back.

We have the bills (one is mine). We just need enough support to pass them.

This glorious, Democratic-backed candidate won BIG.

Wisconsin has officially turned BLUE.

Does not bode well for the Trump regime — including Musk, who made every effort to buy a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

It's critical for everyone to remember what an Executive Order is. It is the President communicating orders to members of the executive branch. Policies to pursue, actions to take, etc. They are not laws. They are not close to being laws. They are formalized memos to employees. That's all.

This is SO much worse than Hillary‘s emails—it’s not even in the same universe. Don’t let them make that bullshit comparison. She wasn’t sharing war plans. She wasn’t in an unsecured text group sharing classified documents and state secrets. She was actually qualified for her job and not a traitor.

This is an example of how nostalgia for the old days is simply nostalgia for when you were younger.

The idea that America was a post-racial society in the 1970s/1980s only makes sense if you were literally a child at that time and couldn’t observe what any adult was experiencing.
