Even if only sold on 3 days, there are no constraints on when they’re let off.

Better option: not sold publicly at all. Restrict them to organised, licensed, public displays.

The world's gone mad (again). I'm setting up my new Win 11 PC, and I've now reached Spotify. For some stupid reason rather than accepting the password that I set up the account with, it now wants to "validate" my access using one of my many hotmail accounts. FFS, spotifty isn't that sort of account.

Yet Trump claims that London is a no go area.

Perhaps Mayor Khan should sue his fat arse for.... I dunno, £5bn?

Late dinner tonight. Carrots and cauliflower (good), beef pie (not so good), and cheese sauce (evil). All very tasty, and in my defence, I did make the cheese sauce.

Can you imagine how bad this would be for Reform?

Most of their voters deported.

Somewhat shocked. I'm slowly setting op my new Win 11 PC, and much to my surprise, my collection of CDs, ripped some 20 years ago, can still be played.

After days of crap weather, today is bright and sunny, though a bit chilly. Sadly though I'm stuck indoors waiting for a delivery. There are times when I HATE online shopping!

I'm old enough to remember when most politicians respected the law or, at least, paid lip service to doing so. Few would have dared misrepresent it so blatantly as Mahmoud regarding asylum legislation. That she's a lawyer makes her deceit even more contemptible. Her conduct is *so* unprofessional.

The kitchen radio is playing the Test Match Special theme for a programme about the up coming ashes. I couldn't resist a quick chant of "Same old Aussies, always cheating".

How is Mahmood's 'estranged from one another' quote any different from Starmer's 'island of strangers' quote?
I'm sorry, but Labour have lost the fucking plot.

Is there a Home Secretary who, since 2005, *hasn’t* “introduced” safe return reviews for refugees? Other than Grant Shapps, who only had a few hours. Re-announcing an old, existing and totally pointless policy is very, very tired.

Sorry Lichtenstein, I'm ashamed at those Wales supporters who booed your national anthem just because it has the same tune as another nation. There is no excuse for it.

I'm one of those people who has a box of old cables. I'm not a full on hoarder, but I keep these things because one day they might come in useful. Case in point today. I've bought a new computer, and needed about 8m of Ethernet cable to connect it to my router. The box of cables came up tumps. ☺️

I've just got my new PC. It's a window 11 one, and I can already feel it draining my soul down to M$. First things I've done are to install firefox, and then to post this from the aforementioned browser. Next will be to get some beers in before I start installing all my other apps.

A simple rule of thumb: Any politician who proclaims to be pro-EU while avoiding supporting re-entry to the Single Market is afraid of mentioning Freedom of Movement. Many have been playing that game for 10 years, and pro-EU voters are wise to it. Anything without Freedom of Movement is still Brexit

"Here comes the sun" was already a song that I hated, but the radio is now playing a cover by Richard Havens that somehow manages to make it ten times worse. Luckily, other radio stations exist.
