Der Westen geht in Gesprächen mit Russland von strukturell falschen Annahmen aus. Westliche Verhandlungsformate setzen regelmäßig ein grundsätzlich kompromissfähiges Gegenüber voraus, während Moskau Verhandlungen als Teil seiner operativen Kriegsführung behandelt.
