En mi ciudad han cerrado 3 restaurantes veganos en menos de un año (😭), pero los dos restaurantes japoneses aún tienen el mejor tempeh frito que he probado nunca, hay esperanza.

Además, los toko tienen también muy buen tofu y arroz/noodles veganos, pero el sabor es muy parecido... Te aburres rapido
