Players and their families need to remember that most stories told publicly about transfers are the positive ones. There are A LOT of others in the portal who regret their decision and don’t succeed at the next stop.

This! It’s “college” sports. Confining it within the technical time one should be in college is not a ludicrous idea.
I’m not a lawyer. But the Diego Pavia case seems absurd to me.
The NCAA isn’t stopping you from profiting on your NIL in any way. They just have reasonable eligibility requirements.
