@ozbilgin.bsky.social, @aybikemergen.bsky.social and I conceptualise #RedPill leadership (a toxic, male-supremacist ideology opposing equality) as a growing threat to #EthicalLeadership and #Inclusion at work.

In case you can't tell what just happened, JK Rowling instructed her followers to take photos of anyone in a women's restroom who doesn't match their idea of Western feminine beauty standards. Short hair? Thick cheekbones/jaw? Too tall or broad-shouldered? You're now "a man" and will be harassed.
If you're still buying wizard book shit, you are no friend to the trans community. Here's the wizard book bigot inciting harassment against innocent people to her 14 million followers on the nazi app.

And no, they can't Always Tell.

If merit is so important as you say now, why are there so many white cis het incompetent and immature men in positions of power and authority screwing up what people with merit created? Just curious.

The duo managed to stigmatize old and neurodivergent people, just by being themselves. Let’s not blame their demography for who they actually are: two fascists spiralling out of control with hate.

I have been studying equality for 30 years. Although it may not have happened for the right reasons, equality has finally become a central focus of state policies. We need new theories to address and counteract the unwise backlash, and setbacks against equality initiatives across all sectors.
