Is there a DEI intervention that can get white heterosexual middle class men to do actual work?

The duo managed to stigmatize old and neurodivergent people, just by being themselves. Let’s not blame their demography for who they actually are: two fascists spiralling out of control with hate.

I have been studying equality for 30 years. Although it may not have happened for the right reasons, equality has finally become a central focus of state policies. We need new theories to address and counteract the unwise backlash, and setbacks against equality initiatives across all sectors.

Rather than seeing academic diasporas as inherently cohesive, we explore how political, ideological, and generational divides shape the experiences of Turkish scholars in the UK. While fragmentation poses challenges, it also opens up new ways to build solidarity and collaboration across differences.
