So here it is, my depiction of episode 1 of the wonderful Our Flag Means Death, in the (sort of) style of the Bayeux Tapestry. Only tiny. I adore this show. (You can probably tell). #OFMD

Instagram baffles me, but I do love that the one post that somehow keeps getting views is the one I posted on Taika's birthday, highlighting embroidered Ed. It is a very small dream, but that tiny hope that one day Taika gets to see it is what stops me from deleting my Instagram entirely.

I am so glad that @thesearethekids.bsky.social put together this #OFMD embroidery kit - it has kept my hands busy during a really stressful time and I am hooked 💜

Out for a run yesterday I tripped on a tree root - in midair I had time to think DON'T LAND ON YOUR HANDS!! so instead I landed smack on my sternum, heard a crack & lay winded like a grounded superman. Another runner did say "wow, you nailed that landing, spectacular" just before I threw up.
