Colour Out of Space was the one that most viscerally creeped me out, esp. those trees rattling and shaking in the absence of wind. Mountains of Madness and Shadow Out of Time are excellent for that deep-time horror, laying bare humanity's insignificance in the face of eons-old alien civilizations

Cultic is the most fun I've had in any game in a while. Incredibly solid moment-to-moment combat, excellent pacing between tense spooky vs guns blazing sections. Love it.
