I was just told that I have to remove “climate” from the title of an ongoing grant if I want to keep it. And publications from that grant cannot include “climate” and other forbidden words. I can’t believe I’m writing this from the United States of America. #AcademicSky

A weakened population is easier to control. Dictators want to own you body and soul. That's why they terrorize (soul) and ban basic healthcare (abortion, cancer).
Lots of horrifying reasons for Trump’s aggressive defunding of cancer research - but I’d venture a guess that somewhere on the list is the fact that finding a cure for cancer was one of Biden’s most personal priorities. It’s a fuck you to his political opponent & millions will pay the price.
