Thank you to Williamsburg JCC Indivisible for raising awareness on the Equal Rights Amendment. The ERA has cleared the threshold for ratification, but it hasn’t been formally published and certified as the 28th Amendment. Enshrining gender equality in the Constitution would put guardrails on Trump.
