When your kids complain about having to help you with technical things for the billionth time, just remind them who taught them how to use a spoon and how to not shit themselves.

October 2020, I did my first ever long-distance trail after being cooped up in lockdown. It rained solidly for the first two days, I didn't care, I had the entire Great Glen Way almost entirely to myself. This was my camp spot on the shore of Loch Lochy.

Ooh... and wine cellars! Yes! Let me look after your wine cellar. I'll take very good and appreciative care of it.
Since I am absolutely guaranteed to still be here post-rapture, I'm happy to look after your wallets/stash/pets/bitcoin/home/vinyl collection if you're expecting to, y'know, magically leave tomorrow. Apply below.

I need to get back to this form of music-making. Barely any prep, no DAW, one-take improv. Looking back, it's where all the best moments are, it's where all the best (and most terrifying) gigs came from. Seat-of-the-pants stuff. Love it, miss it. youtu.be/1ENeahv8o6k?...

Dug out the old dock that I knew I had *somewhere* and added my old 120GB iPod to my audio setup. Now I can easily get all my digital-only music alongside my physical media.

This entire thread is hilarious, possibly evil, genius
Bad Keyboards Thread:

So I like to make intentionally bad keyboards, in part because of my unfulfilled blood feud with mechanical keyboard enthusiasts, but mainly because I like being a chaos gremlin.

Most recently, the Juggling Keyboard:

Behold my latest keyboard, the JuggleKeyboard!

Just click the letters as they're juggled, it's an easy* way to type.

I will no longer be polite with the small handful of people that I know support the increasingly-extreme right. If you march with fascists, you are fascist. If you support fascism, you are fascist. If you excuse fascist views, you are fascist. I will not tolerate it in my space. #politics

As anticipated, having climbed on Saturday for the first time in a good while, this morning I am beset by day-after-the-day-after aches and stiffness.

I feel like the "Unite the Kingdom" day-out-for-racists was missing a few flags... where were the dragons and saltires?

Stupid bastards can't even shag a flag properly.
