design update: when they run out of coin they are deleted
we'd like a permissionless social that wasn't biased. ppl will upload terrible stuff but i think the way to handle it is with a more powerful moderation structure: charge the posts rent, so when they run out of coin they cease to be propagated. down votes also cost the post

there were countless professors and ceo's that got canceled and had their lives ruined. they didn't just feel persecuted. but thankfully we are taking a big turn
I think what happens is that people hear about internet pile-ons with real-world consequences for fairly innocuous stuff ("cancel culture"), also hear that a bunch of words are forbidden now, and worry that they're one wrong word away from getting fired. It's not true, but it's how they feel.
