For me the most terrifying thing of this EO that there is now a specific ban preventing transwomen from entering the country

Section 4A: Directs a convening of major athletic organizations to ensure trans bans go through (the NCAA, I imagine, will be one of these)

Section 3: Trump will use the same powers he has used to line by line defund other things he doesn't like, to defund schools that allow trans participation in sports - a tyrannical and unprecedented coup of power that will continue here.
