I am a non-resident visitor of Columbia City who only visits by transit, walking, and occasionally bike. The Columbia City Business District apparently does not want my business.

Meanwhile council member Rob Saka still doesn't understand that the CITY of Seattle doesn't control King COUNTY Metro.
Rob Saka wants to take money *directly* from transit service funding to pay for a new "Chief Transit Security and Safety Officer" at the City of Seattle.

That's despite the fact that King County is directly in charge of many of the things this new position would be trying to direct.
